All of a sudden you get formal on me? Am i not your friend anymore? Dear Sir? I really thought we were friends. Maybe I'm being a bit sensitive. I am a little concerned here, Fattie. I have asked you how much money I should bring with me and I told you I would bring around 5,000 dollars, so I took 7500.00 with me when I departed for NYC. Halfway to NYC I get this email from Mr Ikogo telling me the shipping, and other charges amount to $14,500.00!!!!!!! Pardon me for saying, what the fuck?!?!?! 

I know that certain circumstances have delayed our progress in this transaction and I take responsability for some of those. But, I really wish I would have known before I departed for New York. I now have missed my flight and have travelled back to Florida to go to my bank. I did not see any other means of being able to get another 7,500 dollars for these unforseen charges. And in addition, I would need another 5,000 dollars to travel with and show you a good time. After all, I know you probably don't make the kind of cash that I do. There is big money in non-profit organizations. After the girls are done with their host terms I plan to make around 500.00 a night from each one.  

I will make more arrangements after I hear from you tomorrow. I need to know if any other hidden charges are going to appear. You need to speak to Mr Ikojo and determine if there are any other 'suprises.' I truthfully feel that Mr Ikojo should send me 3,500.00 for my plane tickets.

But Fattie, you are my friend and I will make arrangements after I hear from you, hopefully tomorrow. I put my faith in you, knowing that you will guide me to the light...and very soon we will both be very happy and rich. I had already left on a 15 hour journey to New York City for my flight today when I decided to stop at the halfway point and check my email. I had asked Fattie if 5,000.00 would be enough. He merely stated that cash would be better than travellers checks. SO I brought 7,500.00, just in case. Well that does not appear to be enough. So I had to cancel my airfare, turn around, and go back home to get more money.  Now I have to await my bank opening in the morning and draw more funds. It's just very aggravating, Mr Ikojo. I do not understand why you question me and what you find interesting about my email. I was merely explaining my delay and the reasons surrounding it. And to be honest with you, I was suprised to find out that there were charges regarding the transfer of the consignment and why they weren't brought to my attention in your first correspondance. I had travelled over 600 miles before I had the opportunity to check my email, to find out I needed another 7,500.00 dollars to take possession of the consignment, and and another 5,000.00 to travel with. Had you not corresponded with Mr Williams? Did you just forget to tell him? I find that curious. Most security and "corporate organizations, I have dealt with, generally let it be known any charges or taxes involved with a transfer like this up front. I guess I can understand it though, because if you attention to detail is anything like your spelling. I can see why there is a mix up. I suggest your organization buy a decent word processor.  

As for the picture, maybe I let my exuberance overcome me. I deal with primates and research subjects daily and my social skills have eroded. I like to know with whom I am dealing before I make a trip of this magnitude....is that so unreasonable?  

Anyway, I am back in Florida and have withdrawn the necessary funds to complete the transaction, in cash. I will make arrangements to be in Accra the first part of the week. You need to tell me withing 24 hours if there are any additional charges that may incur. Once I leave for New York on Monday, there will be no turning back. I will schedule my flight for Tuesday afternoon for arrival in Accra on Wednesday.

After my last correspondence with Mr Ikojo I now understand you are not to blame for this misunderstanding. He is an illiterate mamaluke. I explained to him our delay, as a courtesy and he questions my email and finds it "interesting." I find it interesting that this "doctor" can't spell worth a shit. I also find it interesting that this "professional organization" did not tell us about the charges involved with the consignment immediately. Every consignment company, of this nature, that I have dealt with has indicated all charges, up front, in their initial correspondence. He has to have known. I do not have a problem with the money involved. In fact I would have been happy to have paid as much as 100,000 dollars for you and I to be happy. After all, it is a small investment with an impressive return.  

Anyway, I have made my arrangements to come to ACCRA on Tuesday. I have decided to wait until then in case Mr Ikojo has "forgotten" anything else. It wouldn't surprise me.
